Meet Our Staff

Caroline
Veterinary Technician

Caroline is a veterinary technician and has been a part of the West Oaks Team since early 2018. Caroline is very passionate about client education and helping clients understand their pets. She realized she wanted to become a vet tech when she worked at a boarding facility in Kemah, so she attended the Vet Tech Institute of Houston in 2016. Caroline is a mom to two cats, Mochi and Pabu. In her free time Caroline likes to read, watch movies, play with her cats, and visit her family and friends in Clear Lake.

Nicki
Veterinary Technician

Nicki is a veterinary technician who graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston in 2016 with an Associates in Science.  She has been a part of the West Oaks Animal Hospital animal care team since 2017. In addition to being a technician, she is also a part of the client service specialist team. Some of her interests in the veterinary field are dentistry and dermatology. She is a Jersey Village High School Alumni. Originally, she wanted to work in human medicine and even took classes in high school, giving her the chance to work in the Cypress Hospital Emergency room. Instead, she decided to combine her love of medicine and animals to become a veterinary technician. Nicki has one fur baby, a pit bull named Angel.  In her spare time, Nicki enjoys reading, movies, and special effects make up.

Heidi
Client Service Specialist

Heidi is the friendly face our clients see as soon as they walk in the door! Heidi has a lot of experience as a client service specialist, as she has worked in a variety of human doctor’s offices before joining the West Oaks Team. Heidi graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School in 2012 and has dreams of becoming a paramedic. Heidi is the dog mom to one special husky named Kiba. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her children.

Reagan
Veterinary Assistant

Reagan

Reagan is a graduate from the Animal Behavior College and earned her Veterinary Assistant certificate. Reagan has been a member of the West Oaks Animal Hospital animal care team since 2016. She graduated from Cypress Lakes High School in 2012 and was active in her high school band. Reagan has two dogs, Harley and Charlotte and her cat, Reeses.  In her spare time, Reagan practices martial arts.

Nicole Brown
Groomer & Veterinary Technician in Training

Nicole is our full-time professional groomer and a veterinary technician in training.

She’s been grooming for 2 years and worked at professional dog salons, such as The Pampered Pooch in Canyon, Texas and Pet Supplies Plus in Houston, Texas. She is very passionate about caring for animals and wants to become a mixed animal Veterinarian. She has a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science (Pre-Veterinary option) degree. She also has research published on the Dose titration effects of pegbovigrastim in jersey calves as a McNair Scholar. She is the proud mom of a little kitty named Belle. She enjoys painting, playing the violin, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

Tabitha

Tabitha is currently an animal science student at Texas A&M. She will be graduating May 2019! She has plans to apply to vet school and she has a special interest in feline medicine.  Tabitha spent her summer working here at Wet Oaks caring for our patients. She will be returning in the near future to continue working and learning!  In addition to her studies, Tabitha also trains future guide dogs for Guide Dogs for the Blind. She is an alumni from Cypress Lakes High School, graduating in 2016. In her spare time, Tabitha enjoys being with her 2 dogs, Jitterbug and Jake and her cat, Jack.
